Will my customers see Takeal anywhere?

No. The app, the emails, the card designs and the domain are yours. Our name isn't in anything your customers see.

Where does the platform run?

On our servers. Every partner gets a separate installation with its own database and keys. We handle updates, monitoring and backups.

Which card issuers and payment providers can I use?

Several card issuers, payment providers and a crypto gateway are already integrated. If you have a contract with a provider we don't support yet, we integrate it.

Can I start with one part, only cards for example?

Yes. Each part is switched on separately, and the rest can be added later without moving anything.

Do I need my own developers?

Only for your customer app, which your team builds on our SDK. The platform itself needs neither developers nor servers on your side.

How do I earn on it?

You set your own fees in the console: for issuing cards, top-ups, payments and payouts. You can also sell paid tiers that make them cheaper.

How is the money accounted for?

Every operation is a double-entry posting in the ledger. Reconciliation checks balances against the ledger and against providers and flags every difference.
